Sean – Owner/Fabricator
I have been building things with engines since I was 7 years old. With age has come an obsession with optimization, but my core love hasn’t changed a bit.
I love a good challenge and I also love working with others…usually. When I set out to build the baddest 9th gen F150 to ever hit the streets and road course many people laughed at me. I’ve been racing since I was 14 and there has always been people around doubting my abilities. Thankfully, a handful of believers encouraged me to take everything I learned through this process and build a business around it, so I did.
Innovaspeed is a name combining my love of innovation and outright speed. It doesn’t care what you race. The name only cares that you’re always finding a better way to do it. The backbone of what we do here now is pushing the limits of what anyone traditionally believes can be done with a street legal vehicle on a track.
I’ve been blessed to have a small, but amazing team of contractors, partners, and vendors help create a company that can conceptualize, design, build, and test basically anything. We like a good challenge and we like to win.

Daniel – Senior Engineer
He runs our internal engineering by day and Mobley Performance Design by night. He is basically the Batman of chassis design. With a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a hunger to learn he found Innovaspeed through Instagram. He just kept showing up after that.
Daniel was the first to willingly put his time and reputation on the line to help make this crazy dream a reality and we can’t thank him enough.
You can find him road racing his Marauder on the weekends…yeah that’s not a typo. Just be careful about starting a conversation about suspension design if you’re in a hurry.
Sandy – Operations Manager
You could call her the spirit of Innovaspeed, but even that might be an understatement. It was her idea to build the blue truck in the first place and she was the first to believe in this as a real business.
Sandy runs our operations side dealing with accounting and logistics. She makes sure that the little things that eat up time throughout the day, don’t delay your orders.
Go say hi to her at the next event you catch us at. Ask about her background of stunt driving and street racing. She is typically easy to find wearing bright colors and something bedazzled.
